Who runs Melogram.

Melogram.co.uk ("Melogram", "we", "us") is operated by Michelle Roberts, trading as Melogram.co.uk.

What the service does.

Melogram creates personalised songs using AI based on the information you provide.

Each song is generated individually, so:

• Results will vary
• We do not guarantee a specific style, wording, or outcome

We provide the service using reasonable care and skill, in line with UK consumer law.

What you submit.

You are responsible for the information you submit.

You agree not to submit content that is:

• Illegal
• Abusive, hateful, threatening, or harassing
• Sexually explicit or discriminatory
• Infringing on someone else’s rights, including privacy or intellectual property

You should only include information about others where you have permission to do so.

We may refuse to generate, remove, or stop providing a Melogram if content breaches these terms.

How you can use your Melogram.

You can use your Melogram for personal, non-commercial purposes, including:

• Sending it to someone
• Playing or sharing it privately
• Posting it on personal social media (non-monetised)

You may not:

• Sell, license, or commercially exploit the Melogram
• Use it in advertising or business activity
• Claim it as entirely your own original work for commercial purposes

If you need commercial use, contact us for a licence.

Who owns what.

All rights in the Melogram service, including underlying technology and generation systems, remain with us or our licensors.

Your Melogram is AI-generated:

• We do not guarantee it is unique
• Similar outputs may be generated for other users

You are granted a limited licence to use your Melogram as set out in these terms.

How payment works.

You pay a one-off fee per Melogram at the price shown at checkout.

Payments are processed by third-party providers such as:

• Stripe
• PayPal

We do not store your payment details.

How delivery works.

We aim to deliver your Melogram promptly after purchase.

However:

• Delivery times are not guaranteed
• Delays may occur due to technical or third-party issues

When refunds may apply.

Because Melograms are personalised digital content, your right to cancel may be limited once delivery has begun.

However, we aim to be fair.

We may offer refunds or re-creations where:

• The service fails to deliver
• There is a clear technical error
• The output is unusable due to a fault

Availability of the service.

We do not guarantee that Melogram will be:

• Available at all times
• Free from errors or interruptions

We may:

• Update, change, or suspend the service
• Fix bugs or improve functionality

When we may restrict access.

We may suspend or stop providing the service if:

• You breach these terms
• You misuse the platform
• It is necessary to protect the service or other users

Sharing your Melogram.

Melograms are created for private use.

We do not make your content public. If you choose to share your Melogram, you do so at your own discretion.

Our liability.

We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by us if we fail to use reasonable care and skill.

However, we are not liable for:

• Loss of profits, business, or revenue
• Indirect or consequential losses
• Loss arising from your use or sharing of a Melogram

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for:

• Death or personal injury caused by negligence
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

When these terms change.

We may update these terms from time to time.

The latest version will always be available on this page with the updated date.

Which law applies.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

You can bring legal proceedings in the UK courts.
